PODERE CARNASCIALE IL CABERLOT
“Curiouser and curiouser….after reading so much
about this vibrant red and now having the opportunity
to try it. Can’t wait!”
The Caberlot grape is believed to be a natural crossing between Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
Il Caberlot is not a blend. This wine is made from single plot vinification in stainless steel, 18
months of ageing in french barrels (new around 50%) with 16 months magnum ageing.
MICHELE CHIARLO
ROVERETO GAVI DOCG DEL
COMUNE DI GAVI
“Gavi being one of the most heavily wrung
Cortese expressions, it is always a true joy to
enjoy one with the generous intensity that this
greenish straw yellow wine promises”
The hillside of Rovereto has always been considered the historic Great Cru of Gavi, in the municipality
of Gavi, and its overall extension is important (approx. 60 hectares). Its toponym may derive from the
presence of ancient oak forests whose leaves have and unmistakeable shape and the clay soil which is
rich in iron. The microclimate is unique due to the sea breezes and the nearby Apennine mountains.
SCHOLA SARMENTI
VESPRE FIANO SALENTO I.G.T.
“A wine that speaks of Summer dining in its youth with
its pale yellow hues yet with a lingering notion of more
depth developing"
Grapes with a noble taste whose unmistakable aromas follow one another in a
fragrance of fresh hints of acacia flowers with the inevitable aroma of toasted
hazelnuts. The fresh sip with accents of mineral notes that fade into a savoury
finish with a good persistence from the noble, harmonious and delicate taste
ENUTA RAPITALÀ
HUGONIS SICILIA DOC
BIOLOGICO
"A juggernaut of a wine, particularly as
we head into the hot season. But give
this crimson beauty a chance, cool it to
16°, keep it served at 18° with an evening
meal, and joy will abound”
Hugonis was born from the encounter between Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola. Powerful
and austere in nature, this wine is one of the estate's most precious jewels. It is our Bordeaux blend,
a perfect balance between French elegance and Sicilian strength, an expression of skilful, precision
viticulture. Deep red in colour, it offers broad and complex aromas on the nose. On the palate, it
stands out for its important structure, velvety tannins, enveloping and persistent sip.
MIRAVAL
STUDIO
“Here we have a dash of Mediterranean charm,
with its instant pale pastel pink hues seducing
your palate to a sip of freshness without a single
moment of hesitation”
Created as a tribute to the recording studio where Pink Floyd recorded 'The Wall', this wine symbolises
the spirit of Art de Vivre around the Mediterranean. All in finesse and elegance, the nose offers a superb
aromatic bouquet with notes of small red fruit and cherry blossom. With a beautiful liveliness, the ample
and racy mouth prolongs this refined character with seductive aromas of blood-oranges and redcurrants,
perfectly balanced by the freshness of a pretty mineral structure and just a hint of bitterness. The long
finish prolongs the tasty aromas of this fresh and elegant wine, with a beautiful balance
LE VIGNE DI ZAMO
ORANGE ZERO
“Some may find the colour suspicious, the nose intriguing yet a tad
disturbing. This wine is intentionally and unapologetically so, seeking to offer
an alternative experience to that which is often ‘expected of white wine.”
Cloudy pale unfiltered orange tones, intense nose with grapefruit, apricot, peach skin, moss. Dry, mid
acidity, mid body, mid well integrated tannins, mid palate with fermented lemon, orange peel, apricot, long
lasting finish. A beautiful example of an orange wine. Spontaneous fermentation with the Malvasia grapes
being macerated for six months in amphora without any addition. The Zamo Orange Zero is a skin-contact
'orange' wine made from Malvasia. Slight tannins, ripe apricot, and hints of hazelnut come through.
