Our concept is a mix of ideas developed over the years, a search for products that has led us to choose Italian excellences in all fields in which we operate.
These include cured meats, cheeses, together with products from our shop with meticulously selected companies, and pastries made with great mastery.
The high level of attention to detail and capable, friendly staff make our guests feel at home. We describe it as a blend of comfort and quality.
Our culinary vision is inspired by the whole of Italy - in fact, our menu features products from all over Italy. Our menu consists of high-quality sandwiches, some cold dishes like salads, Vitello Tonnato, Bresaola, and Porchetta Toscana.
Italo is the perfect place for a quick lunch, choosing from the dishes displayed in the showcase, and for an excellent aperitif accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta, and much more.
We also cater for birthday parties,
staff parties, and any type of event
thanks to small set menus and our
selection of cakes and single-serve
desserts or even small pastries,
which are not so common in Malta.
All of this is, of course, accompanied by drinks crafted and prepared by our expert bartenders, with classic cocktails as well as unique creations you can find only at Italo.
The hands behind all this preparation belong to our chefs and pastry chefs, Grazielle and Pietro, along with their assistants Jhonny and Donatella. Thanks to their commitment and enthusiasm, Italo is known as a place to find a variety of highquality dishes.
We believe strongly in fresh products. The entire savoury showcase is replenished daily to ensure maximum freshness for our customers.
It is equally important to mention our front-of-house staff, particularly our young Italian team, as we strongly believe in the personal and professional growth of our staff, led by head waiter Andrea, who collaborates closely with manager Daniele.
