Owner Gary Falzon has 16 years of
experience in hotel operations, fine
dining, and running a healthy local
franchise, before opening Tribe in
Valletta in March 2021. Gary, has
dedicated his life to the culinary
arts, beginning his journey as a chef
at the young age of 14. Gary’s vision
of the perfect restaurant has been
meticulously crafted into Tribe, a
place where it’s more than just a
restaurant. To ensure Tribe remains
dynamic and innovative, Gary
enlisted the expertise of renowned
chefs like Josue Galea and Chris
Stellini, along with Managers and a
fully blown team of stars.

knowledge continue to propel
Tribe forward, making it not just a
restaurant, but a lifestyle experience
for all who walk through its doors.
Tribe uses advanced techniques like
fermentation and sous vide in its
kitchen to ensure consistency and
freshness in every dish served.
Interior Design
Our design blends modern elegance
with chic elements, featuring neon,
wall art, and greenery to create a
cozy, stylish atmosphere.
Front of House: The dining area has
ambient lighting, comfortable seating,
air conditioning, and an open-plan
layout that promotes interaction
between guests and staff.
Back of House: We have an open
kitchen to maintain that sense of
community among chefs, FOH, and
customers. The kitchen is equipped
with state-of-the-art tools, including
a Hibachi Grill and Thermomix.
