At Peperino, we devote maniacal care to the selection of flours, favoring those of the highest quality, using an exclusively selected blend that is the result of a collaboration with Molino Agugiaro & Figna of Padua, which guarantee not only a digestible pizza, but also one that is rich in flavor.

The Peperino project was born from the passion and vision of Nicola Taglialatela, who inherited his family’s deep love for fine quality food. These cherished values infused in him a profound aspiration: “share the joy of premium food with others”.
Peperino Pizza & Cucina Verace emerged as Nicola’s dream—a culinary space seamlessly blending traditional Neapolitan Pizza with innovative twists. Each dish served at Peperino pays homage to Nicola’s traditional family invaluable teachings, embodying the spirit of shared meals and cherished memories.
