VOUNI PANAYIA BARBA YIANNIS MARATHEFTIKO
What a find! Cyprus at its best! This wine is a 100% high-altitude Maratheftiko produced by Panayia in Cyprus from 70-year old bush vines. “Smells of vanilla oak and dusty sour cherry.
Fresh and taut, although the fruit moves towards dried cranberries and cherries on the palate with a lovely, long frame of dried thyme and muskiness. Also, fresh-pressed pomegranate juice and pomegranate tannins. Windswept and tastes of the edge of mountains overlooking the sea.”

LIVIO FELLUGA SHARIS BIANCO I.G.T. VENEZIA GIULIA
This style of wine gives the oft-undervalued white version such a well-deserved good name. “The essence of Sharis, expressed by traditional varieties such as Ribolla Gialla and Sauvignon, and international cultivars like Chardonnay, represents the beauty of Friuli Venezia Giulia in all its diversity.
After gentle destemming the fruit was left to macerate for a short period, then softly crushed, and the must obtained was clarified by decantation. Temperature-controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a few months to increase its complexity, creamy texture and suitability for ageing. Once bottled, it matured in temperature-controlled rooms.”

BOTTEGA GOLD PROSECCO DOC SPUMANTE BRUT
Just because it’s always a good time for a refreshing prosecco! “Bottega Gold is a Prosecco DOC, obtained by the vinification of Glera grapes. The elegance, freshness and liveliness of its bubbles stem from the beauty and tradition of its territory, where unmistakable panoramas are shaped by vineyards.
The cultivation area of Glera grapes is located in the hilly area of the province of Treviso up to the slopes of Valdobbiadene, which is close to the Venetian Prealps. This area is characterised by long but not excessively cold winters and by hot but not sultry summers. The vines in this region grow on different types of land, each characterised by a variety of soils, exposures and slopes that make this Prosecco a wine with many nuances.
The hilly terrain is subject to high temperature ranges between day and night. This variation in temperature enables the development of finer, more elegant and at the same time more intense aromas.

PLANETA CERASUOLO DI VITTORIA D.O.C.G.
The captivating intrigue lies in picking out the marked influence which the 40% Frappato leaves on the remaining Nero d’Avola “Our Cerasuolo di Vittoria is produced from the countryside around Dorilli, between the sea and the Iblean mountains, the area of Sicilian food par excellence.
The name of the only Sicilian DOCG derives of ‘cerasa’, cherry in Sicilian dialect. The wine is produced from the indigenous varieties Nero d’Avola and Frappato. A unique wine, recognisable and unforgettable; aromas of cherry, strawberry and pomegranate, fruits of the particular soils and climate.
Here the vines are cultivated according to the criteria of sustainability and organicity. A wine in the wake of an ancient tradition, but with a youthful manner like no other Sicilian red wine.”

TARA CHARDONNAY ATACAMA, HUASCO VALLEY
Let Chardonnay show you the excellence of character and expression of territory it possesses like few others “It’s a fresh, nervous, mineral wine. The mouth is tense and well-structured.
The chalkiness and salinity of the soil come through in the palate. The nose reveals fruit, such as sweet cucumbers and apricots, as well as floral notes. As you sip the wine, it evolves in the glass. This is not a classic style of Chardonnay and we attribute this to its very particular and unique terroir.
The Pacific Ocean has a major influence on the vineyard, producing morning fog, known locally as the “Camanchaca,” and strong winds, which cool the vines, making this a desert with cool climate conditions. The area is very arid and the soils are chalky and saline.”

DAMILANO LANGHE DOC NEBBIOLO “MARGHE”
From Barolo-land comes this lovely, approachable and charming, supposedly ‘lesser’ Nebbiolo style “Nebbiolo grapes and the loam/clay-rich soil in the townships of Langhe are the fundamental traits that give this wine its ruby red colour with hints of maroon reflections, a delicate and unique fragrance with tips of violet and red fruit, and finally a balanced tannic taste and a velvety, harmonic body.”
The Damilano family has been active since 1890 when Giuseppe Borgogno, the great-grandfather of the current owners, started farming and making wine from the family-owned vineyard in Barolo (Cuneo), the town in the Langhe area that the homonymous wine was named after; a beautiful and generous land that has been the heart of the vocation to produce the “king of wines” for centuries.
