DEUTZ BRUT CLASSIC
The most eclectic of the range, Deutz Brut Classic draws its perfect harmony from the three Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which give it its perfect balance. The golden colour reveals a graceful ballet of bubbles of great finesse.
Very expressive, the cuvée reveals sweet floral notes supported by aromas of toast, marzipan and ripe fruit. Its silky texture bears witness to a fine balance between the freshness of Chardonnay, the fruitiness of Pinot Noir and the touch of vinosity of Pinot Meunier.

GAVI LA MEIRANA GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI
For the Broglia, Gavi La Meirana is the most representative and classical of production and for this reason it carries on its label the name of the Estate: La Meirana. All the grapes are sourced from the municipality of Gavi and once at the Broglia cellar they are left to mature for six months in steel on their lees, in order to keep the fresh and fruity aromas intact.
Fermentation occurs between 12° and 16°C with the aim of maintaining a fresh fragrance and fruitiness. Organic analysis indicates that La Meirana expresses exceptional characteristics of the area of Gavi with a palate that is full-bodied, fresh with a pleasant almond-like finish.

LOUIS JADOT CHABLIS
Chablis is located in the northern part of Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. The continental climate brings very cold temperatures in winter followed by spring frosts and hot summers. These conditions and the marly limestone soils combine to mould the unique character of Chablis wines.
The grapes are handpicked and sorted, then gently pressed and fermented without artificial temperature control. This Chablis is aged in stainless steel tanks to keep the unique terroir expression and minerality. Fining and filtration is light. The goal is always to retain the wine’s complexity and structure. The wine is pristine, bright and fresh with high acidity and citrus and mineral aromas and flavours.

PIO CESARE "ROSY" LANGHE D.O.C.
The Pio Cesare family has a great passion for full bodied Rosè wines with great structure and longevity. For this reason, they decided to produce a Rosè from the Langhe area with a selection of Nebbiolo and Syrah grapes, sourced from their vineyards in the village of Treiso.
The grapes are early harvested and picked in small baskets. After a very gentle pressing, the fermentation takes place half in stainless steel and half in French oak barriques.
Maceration on the skin lasts for a very short period while ageing In French oak barriques for almost 1 month takes place with extensive lees contact. We named it "Rosy" to dedicate it to the Founder's granddaughter and is produced in very small quantities, expressing savoury, fresh and spicy characteristics with great structure and an amber colour.

VILLA MARIA CELLAR SELECTION MARLBOROUGH PINOT NOIR
This Cellar Selection Marlborough Pinot Noir has aromatics reminiscent of freshly roasted coffee beans and red summer fruits such as cherries and berries. On the palate, a subtle hint of toasty oak nicely frames the juicy fruit, earthy texture and soft velvety tannins.
All the Pinot Noir fruit for this wine originates from Marlborough, with 73% from the Awatere Valley and 27% from the Wairau Valley. Yields were at their optimum level and the stable autumn weather allowed us to extend the hang-time of the fruit on the vines to achieve physiological ripeness.
