The process of sourcing individuals from Non-EU countries is extremely time consuming. Among other tasks, Permit Hub handles the collection of all the necessary and relevant documentation from the candidates, whilst asking them to take any needed vaccinations.

If the applicant ticks the right boxes (good spoken English, smart appearance, right amount of experience for the job in question etc) his or her details are passed on to the client for subsequent interviews. Martin tells us that when recruiting third country nationals, M Recruitment assists clients by taking over the tedious job of ensuring that the candidate has a clean background, obtaining the necessary references, ensuring that the CV is indeed a “Bona Fide” CV, and that the candidate has good spoken English.
