DANTE RIVETTI BRICCODORO
LANGHE DOC ARNEIS
“Whatever you drink this Summer, make sure you give this variety a chance and be prepared to make it a new favourite. Ask those who already have!”
Briccodoro Arneis, specifically Dante Rivetti's Langhe Arneis Briccodoro, is known for its crisp, fruity, and mineral-driven character. It often exhibits aromas of linden, citrus, tropical fruits and fresh herbs.
The palate offers a harmonious blend of fruit, acidity, and minerality, with a long, refreshing finish.
FRANZ HAAS
PETIT MANSENG
This is a particularly aromatic wine with a straw yellow colour. The scent is very intense and reminiscent of dried fruit with mineral notes, while on the palate it is savoury with good acidity and texture. Hedonistically captivating and matches very well with Asian cuisine, Thai soups, fish soups, pasta with bottarga or can be simply enjoyed as an aperitif.
ALPHA ESTATE MALAGOUZIA SINGLE VINEYARD “TURTLES”
“A touch of Greek magic brought to us by an extraordinary winery. The variety’s name is read as mah-lah-goo-ZYA. Memorise it!”
Brilliantly, light yellow in colour with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Malagouzia, suggesting rose petals with floral aromas and sweet spices, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, fat but balanced, high in alcohol with plenty of finesse. Well structured, offering aromas with a hint of rosemary. A richly textured wine with superb length and balance.
VILLA MARIA
PRIVATE BIN EAST COAST CHARDONNAY
“Next time anyone dares suggest that Chardy is boring, unscrew one of these, sit back and watch”
This wine is fruit-driven in style, exhibiting ripe peach with underlying citrus blossom and fig characters. On the palate, these flavours are enhanced by a creamy texture and a delicate suggestion of oak. A medium bodied Chardonnay that is styled for enjoyment upon release with or without food.
VILLA ANTINORI
ROSSO TOSCANA IGT
“Some wines are classics; they stand the test of time, never losing their shine, always bringing joy and never disappointing. This is one such wine.”
Villa Antinori was first crafted in 1928 by Marchese Niccolò Antinori, Piero Antinori’s father, as the Antinori family’s signature wine; an exceptional wine that can represent the family’s history, identity and continuity like no other. “Villa Antinori is a full-blooded Tuscan red […] which grapes are grown, mature and are harvested from our Tuscan estates and then fermented and aged in the Antinori family estates.” Piero Antinori.
GAJA AND GRACI
IDDA ETNA ROSSO DOP
“The vinous generosity of the Mediterranean’s emblematic volcano knows no limits. Let this bottle show you how elegant and refined power can be.”
A blend of 98% Nerello Mascalese and 2% Nerello Cappuccio, IDDA has a clear expression of ripe and sweet fruit on the palate yet shows accents of tomato leaves and oregano. With a charming and juicy body, characterised by harmony and freshness, with ripe and well-integrated tannins. The finish is lingering. Fermentation and maceration for around three weeks partially in oak and in concrete vats, followed by 24 months of ageing in oak and concrete.
CHÂTEAU PEYRASSOL ROSÉ
AOP CÔTES DE PROVENCE
“A complex blend of 55% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Tibouren produces a rosé of refined character and harmonious body.”
Very pale pink colour. The nose is fine and elegant. Complex, it releases long aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruit and white flowers. The palate is straightforward and clean: fine and silky, it is at once tender, delicate and lively. The freshness of the finish underpins the measured volume and a touch of salinity harmonises the whole.
