Q: Meet360 is known for creating tailored, high-impact experiences. What’s your process for turning a client’s brief into a memorable event that blends creativity with flawless execution?
A: Every project begins with truly listening – understanding our client’s objectives, brand, audience, and budget.
From there, we translate the brief into a personalised concept supported by detailed logistics and transparent costing. Collaboration is essential; we ensure our team and partners share the same vision and commitment.
From planning to on-site delivery, we always “go the extra mile,” focusing on detail, engagement, and seamless execution to create experiences that achieve impact and leave lasting impressions.
Q: How have client expectations changed in recent years, especially regarding sustainability, technology, and immersive experiences, and how has Meet360 adapted?
A: Clients now demand more meaningful, sustainable, and technology-driven experiences. We integrate conscious practices into every proposal, from reducing waste and promoting sustainable transport to sourcing locally and incorporating CSR collaborations with local charities or NGOs.
Technology also plays a growing role, with hybrid formats, interactive apps, and creative AV design enhancing engagement. We continuously invest in research, training, and innovation to stay ahead of trends and deliver responsible, future-focused experiences.
Q: As a female founder and MD in a fast-paced industry, what leadership lessons or challenges have shaped your journey? What advice would you share with young professionals?
A: My journey has taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and the importance of working with trusted colleagues and partners.
Our industry is constantly evolving, but every challenge brings an opportunity for growth. My advice to young professionals reflects our ethos to ‘go the extra mile’ – work hard, stay curious, never stop learning and nurture genuine relationships.
Q: What do you see as Malta’s greatest strengths, and biggest challenges, as an international destination for corporate events and luxury hospitality?
A: Malta’s strengths lie in its year-round sunshine, rich heritage, and easy access from major hubs.
Yet, rising costs, seasonality, sustainability pressures, construction, and traffic congestion remain challenges. Investing in green practices, preserving open spaces, and nurturing young local talent are vital for Malta to sustain its position as a leading MICE destination.
