journey in the hospitality industry. The institute’s strong

personal development will equip me with the skills
and discipline needed to succeed in both hotel and
restaurant operations. Through ITS, I aim to gain not
only technical expertise but also the professionalism
and confidence required in this competitive field.

 

Q: What career path are you hoping ITS will
open for you?
A: I aspire to build a career in hotel and restaurant
management. My goal is to work in a reputable
establishment where I can deliver excellent service,
develop leadership skills, and contribute to creating
exceptional guest experiences. Eventually, I hope to
take on a managerial role that allows me to inspire and
guide a team toward excellence in hospitality.

 

Q: What do you think makes hospitality and tourism
exciting today?
A: What makes the hospitality industry so exciting
today is its constant evolution and adaptability.
From innovative culinary concepts to sustainable
hotel operations, the field continues to grow and
redefine what great service means. It’s an industry
that combines creativity, professionalism, and global
connection, making every day an opportunity to learn
and excel.

 

Q: Where do you see yourself in the industry in the
next few years?
A: In the next few years, I envision myself working in
a prestigious hotel or restaurant, gaining hands-on
experience in various departments such as front office,
food and beverage, and operations management. My
goal is to steadily build my career toward a leadership
position where I can uphold service excellence and
contribute to the success of my organisation.

A: One personal strength I bring is my strong sense of
responsibility and commitment to service. I take pride
in delivering quality work, maintaining professionalism,
