Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Definitely Mellieħa. There’s nothing better than spending time there with my family, enjoying a BBQ and a good swim. It’s where I relax and switch off.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: I enjoy seeing people enjoying themselves, sharing great food with family and friends, laughing and creating memories. This is what makes all the hard work worth it.

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: Whatever you do, give it your all. There’s always room for improvement, so stay curious, keep learning, and never give up on what you believe in. That mindset has guided me throughout my career.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: People assume that working in hospitality means being naturally outgoing, but the truth is, I’m quite shy. My passion is working behind the scenes and creating the experience, crafting the food, and making sure every detail counts.
