Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Working in a busy environment, I enjoy unwinding by
the sea. Long walks in winter and swimming in summer.
When time allows, I head to my field in Siġġiewi to relax,
appreciate the quiet, and reconnect with nature.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: Meeting people is always rewarding, and my role brings
me into contact with diverse cultures and perspectives.
I also value turning challenges into opportunities. As
Regional Director, one highlight has been seeing the Polish
market grow into the third most important source of
tourist arrivals in 2025.

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: Focus on teamwork and meticulous planning in
everything you do. This has shaped my approach to both
strategy and execution, supported by consistent hard
work.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about
you from your CV?
A: I once aspired to become a pilot. Although
circumstances led me elsewhere, my passion for aviation
remains, and I’m proud to have built a career in the airline
and tourism industries.
