Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Working in a busy environment, I like to relax in tranquil settings, so the countryside is my favourite place to unwind. I spend a lot of time there with family and friends, enjoying the peace and connection with nature.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: What I love most is meeting people. I’m a people person by nature, and my role allows me to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, levels, and cultures. I also find it deeply rewarding when challenges turn into opportunities. That’s when the job feels most fulfilling.

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: You are only as strong as your team. Success comes from building the right team around you and focusing on each person’s strengths rather than their weaknesses.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I can’t stand the sight of blood – which is why I dropped out of a medical career and ended up in hospitality completely by chance.
