Q: Share your educational background and work experience.
A: I completed my secondary education at an Austrian school, similar to ITS. Later, I graduated from Vienna Economic University, where I also pursued my PhD. My journey in the hospitality industry began in Switzerland, where I gained valuable experience working in prestigious establishments. Eventually, I returned to Vienna and established my own business.
Q: What fuels your passion for the F&B industry?
A: Hospitality comes naturally to me. It’s a skill that enables me to thrive in an industry that presents constant challenges. I take pride in utilizing this talent to overcome obstacles that come our way.

A: Optimistic, survivor, detail-oriented, innovative, achiever.
Q: Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
A: I envision sharing my knowledge with the next generation, positively influencing their growth, and witnessing the fruitful outcomes of hard work.

A: The most fulfilling experience for me is witnessing The White Knight overcoming challenges and blossoming into a beautiful and successful project.
Q: What growth do you anticipate for the hospitality industry in the next 20 years?
A: Predicting the industry’s landscape in such a long-term period is challenging. However, I envision a future where hospitality moves away from mass tourism and embraces a more natural niche. Providing unique experiences that align with meaningful and authentic interests will take precedence.
