Q. Tell us about your educational background and your work experience to date.
A. I graduated from ITS in 2002, holding Diplomas in Accommodation Operations and Higher Management. My journey includes leadership training in tourism and diverse roles within Corinthia Hotels International locally and overseas, Intercontinental, dB Hotels and Resorts as well as more local and overseas managerial roles in the hospitality sector.

A. Hospitality lets me connect with people daily, sharing stories and creating a warm welcome. The joy of providing an unforgettable experience, a home away from home, and forming lasting bonds with guests is unparalleled.

A. Trustworthy, dedicated, positive, goal-oriented and motivated
Q. Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
A. In five years, I envision leading as a General Manager, advancing within Angelo Catering Ltd, and venturing into new projects with the Owners and Directors.
Q. Tell us one of the most rewarding experiences in your profession to date.
A. Rewarding experiences abound, but promoting a team member stands out. Seeing their satisfaction and recognizing their efforts fuels my commitment to acknowledging and appreciating the team.
Q. What growth do you anticipate for the hospitality industry in the next 20 years ?
A. Over the next two decades, I anticipate significant technological advancements, potentially reducing guest interactions. However, nurturing passion for our industry among youth is crucial, ensuring the sector remains vital to our economy and fostering a service-oriented ethos despite evolving technologies.
