Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Anywhere by the sea at golden hour, or my terrace at sunrise. Stillness, waves, a breeze, and a cold beer or coffee help me reconnect.

Q: What’s your go-to comfort food?
A: Poutine – fries, gravy and cheese. It’s salty, indulgent, and takes me back to high school days in Canada.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: The people. I work with international students and watch them grow in confidence. Some even become interns, and I love mentoring them. My team is amazing!

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: “Not my circus, not my monkey.” I’ve learned to set boundaries and only take on what’s truly mine.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: My mind is chaotic, but that fuels creativity and adaptability. It’s a daily challenge but also my superpower.
