Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Gozo is my escape. Its slower pace, open landscapes and authentic feel make it the perfect place to disconnect, recharge and gain perspective away from daily life.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: I enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs and building strong relationships. Being part of the Hard Rock Hotel Malta journey ahead of its Summer 2026 opening makes it especially exciting to help shape something iconic from the start.

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: “Work smart, not hard.” It taught me to focus on strategy, efficiency and clear priorities, as smart decisions often create greater impact than long hours alone.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I love cooking for people. Seeing others genuinely enjoy a meal I’ve prepared brings me real joy and is my way of bringing people together.
