Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Anywhere by the sea at sunset. There’s an unmatched sense of calm in watching the horizon fade into soft colours after a full day. The sea recentres my thoughts and brings clarity. It’s where I feel most at ease.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: Leading and mentoring my team. Watching people grow, gain confidence, and reach their potential is deeply fulfilling. Leadership, to me, is about empowering others and creating a culture where success is shared.

Q: Best career advice you’ve received?
A: Always be disciplined and plan ahead. Success is built on structure, foresight, and consistency. This advice has guided my approach to both strategy and execution throughout my career.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I’m a very hands-on person. I like to stay connected to the operational side of things, understanding the details that drive results. It keeps me grounded and ensures decisions are both practical and informed.
