A: Just a quiet place, anywhere, a good coffee, and a
space to think and reflect.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: I find my greatest achievements in helping others learn,
grow, and succeed. Truly believe success can rarely be
individually, but built through support, collaboration,
and shared progress. Investing in others will contribute
not only to immediate results but to stronger teams and
meaningful lasting impact.

Q: Best piece of advice you have received?
A: Always show respect consistently if you expect it in
return, particularly in how you communicate and handle
situations. Performance is closely linked to the strength of
the team, so supporting others, sharing knowledge, and
taking collective responsibility helps everyone achieve
better results.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about
you from your CV?
A: Determination and Persistence. One gives me
the direction and the other drives me to execute
and adapt.
