A: Anywhere surrounded by nature. When I need to recharge, I head outdoors for a walk, breathe in the fresh air, and disconnect from the noise. Being away from crowds helps me clear my mind, refocus, and feel grounded again.

A: I love seeing a creation come to life. Every dessert tells a story through its textures and flavours. The real reward is the smile it brings. Turning imagination into edible art and connecting with people through something sweet makes the long hours worthwhile.

A: “Respect your craft, but never stop learning.” Staying humble and curious is essential, especially in pastry where techniques constantly evolve.
