Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: One of the nicest places that I really like to unwind at is Xwejni in Gozo. It is a picturesque, quiet spot featuring a small kiosk where you can have a quiet and relaxing evening and enjoy with friends.

 

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: Knowing that my work is meaningful and aligned with my personal values. I’m fortunate to work with friendly, highly competent colleagues and supportive management — something I truly value. Seeing the results of our efforts and having the team’s work recognised is incredibly rewarding.

 

Q: Best piece of advice you have received?
A: Two things: always lead by example and stay organised. Being organised reduces stress and prevents unnecessary mistakes.

 

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I’m straightforward and easy to work with. In my free time, I enjoy travelling and slowing down to balance the fast-paced kitchen environment.
