Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: At home with my better half, Liam. Due to the nature of our jobs, we love our peaceful downtime. Cooking together, opening a nice bottle of wine, and talking about anything and everything. Outside the house, I love being by the sea.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: Being part of an incredible team at Malta’s most iconic hotel. I don’t have enough space to describe what makes it such a special place. Plus, it never gets boring as we’re always working on something new!

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: Our General Manager, Robyn Pratt, is a wonderful mentor. One of her most impactful lessons is: “If you want to change your results, you must change the way you think.” It’s all about mindset.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I love fishing, and most recently, spearfishing. Apart from being extremely relaxing, I find it very satisfying to eat your own catch.
