A: Being a Food and Beverage Manager at the Grand Hotel Excelsior allows me to work with people from all over the world. What I love most is seeing team members grow and guests leave happy. That’s when I know we’ve done our job well..

 

Q: Best career advice you’ve received?
A: To lead by example and treat every role, big or small, with respect and enthusiasm. True leadership is built on consistency and empathy.

 

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I started my hospitality journey as a banqueting waiter. That experience taught me humility, attention to detail, and how every guest interaction shapes a hotel’s reputation.
