Q: Favourite spot in Malta to unwind?
A: Home, with family and close friends. I spend so much time out and about for work, exploring, consulting and tasting that being still in my own space is a luxury. It’s how I recharge.

Q: What’s your go-to comfort food?
A: Chicken soup (brodu). It’s simple, nostalgic, and satisfying. It brings back memories of childhood and the beauty of honest cooking.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about your job?
A: Meeting passionate chefs, restaurateurs, and producers. Their resilience and drive to innovate are endlessly inspiring.

Q: Best piece of career advice you’ve received?
A: “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” When your work aligns with your purpose, energy follows naturally.

Q: What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV?
A: I love Edward de Bono’s lateral thinking. My ADHD fuels a constant stream of ideas. Some crazy, but occasionally game changing. I’ve learned to trust the process.
