A: St. Julian’s, especially the charming old part of Spinola Bay. I love spending quiet moments there, taking in the view of traditional Maltese architecture and colourful boats.

A: Without a doubt, my comfort food is something light and fresh – white fish prepared simply.

A: I really enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with clients. I love engaging with guests, hearing their thoughts about our food and service, and constantly using that feedback to improve.
